Individual Sessions

Each session is  an  opportunity to explore where you feel stuck  and how to make relevant changes that will enhance your work life.

 

Areas  that  people have identified as  being helpful to explore include:

  • Patterns of behaviour

  • Workplace relationships

  • Conflict resolution

  • Boundary setting

  • Money Beliefs 

Sessions are online and begin with identifying your goals and the current challenges you can identify.

We will look more closely at your belief systems, habits and reactions to stressful situations. This helps to identify more effective management strategies. 

Creating space for developing processes and strategies allows for reflection and feedback, and building confidence in new ways of being.

 

Some  important questions for reflection are

  • How would you describe your work / life balance?

  • Do you feel there are particular challenges that come up repeatedly? 

  • Are you satisfied with your work life? 

  • How does work stress impact your personal life?

  • Can you identify where you feel under supported?

  • How would you describe your beliefs and attitudes to money?
